Residence / on-campus housing is available for the 2020 -2021 Academic Year (September 2020 - April 2021).
Residence opens for move-in at 9:00am on September 5, 2020.
Residents are able to move in at any time, 24 hours / day, after September 5, 2020 at 9:00am. We are NOT currently assigning specific time slots for individuals to move into residence at this time. (We do ask that any residents unable to check-in by WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2020 at 5:00pm contact the Housing & Residence Office by email (email@example.com) to clarify your arrival date so you will not be declared a “no-show”.) Please note check-ins locations / times below:
- ALL residents NOT required to self-isolate / quarantine (e. those within the Atlantic Travel bubble or those who have completed quarantine prior to arrival at residence) moving in between 9:00am – 3:00pm on September 5 & 6, must check-in at the Rice Residence Desk in the Rice Residence Building when they arrive. Outside of these times, residents NOT required to self-isolate / quarantine should check-in at the Loyola Residence Desk.
- ALL residents required to self-isolate / quarantine must check-in at the Loyola Residence Desk in the Loyola Residence Building when they arrive.
Additional information about living in residence here at Saint Mary’s, including details on our move-in process, information on residence life programming for the coming year, and details of our on-campus food service provision, will be provided in the near future. Please check your email and this website for updates.
If you wish to defer your residence bed space confirmation for a January 2021 arrival / move-in based on the University’s move to online classes, you may request to do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and advising Housing & Residence that this is the case. These emails should include your full name and student number (A#).
If you no longer plan to live with us on campus here at Saint Mary’s this year based on the University’s move to online classes, you may request a full refund of the $500 residence confirmation deposit by emailing email@example.com and advising Housing & Residence that this is the case. These emails should include your full name and student number (A#).
